• Perishable Products: As our products are made fresh and without preservatives, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

• Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed.
